Front Desk Manager
at Perfect Practice Athletic Center in Tulsa
Part time or Full Time position. Typical hours are 10 am to 6 pm, or 2 pm to 9 pm. Some nights, some weekends. 30-40 hours per week.
Job functions and responsibilities include
1. Manages front desk activity, including phones, walk in traffic, schedule appointments and providing information to customers
2. Manages the Master Schedule inclusive of all lessons for all staff
3. Schedules employees for work including training, hiring, and terminating if applicable
4. Responsible to ensure employee coverage for all events, as applicable
5. Maintains the phone communication log to ensure customer contact and closed-loop process
6. Schedules classes for customers and upholds customer service standards
7. Manages inside sales and provides facility tours
8. Manages the look and feel of the front desk area
9. Handles maintenance of the facility including cleaning and repairs of all assets
10. Helps with ideas for website and creates flyers to market Perfect Practice programs
11. Reviews employee timesheets and training hours for accuracy prior to being forwarded to payroll.
12. Performs other duties as assigned.
Essential Job Requirements
Education
• College degree preferred
Experience, Knowledge & Skills
• 1-3 years experience managing front desk operations
• 1-3 years experience with sports programs
• Understanding of children ages 6 – 18 and how they learn
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• MS Office
• First Aid/CPR
Physical Requirements
• Vision sufficient to read computer screens, reports and related documents
• Hearing sufficient to hear verbal instruction and normal conversation levels
• Speech sufficient to communicate in person and over the telephone
• Dexterity sufficient to operate computers and other related office equipment
• Strength sufficient to life, carry and move objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Endurance sufficient to maintain efficiency throughout the entire work shift
